Vicki S. sent this to me last night at the Arcadia council meeting.
I spoke with Mayor Fink, & Carol B. about the concern. After further research, this appointment was declared legal by multiple attorneys and a magistrate in North Baltimore.

I see no reason to go forward with any further attention at this time, as this is from a year and 3 months ago. This is no longer pertinent to any present issue.

Meeting Recap: I briefly spoke with Stephanie for a few minutes about where I went to school prior to the meeting. One resident spoke saying that she read a post on Facebook where the anonymous poster said residents are bullying council members. She asked council if they truly believe that and no member agreed. The bad apple was not present today. Yes, I am going to call him that because that is my opinion. (2) Residents spoke about Council President Duckett recklessly backing out after the last meeting, then taking off fast kicking up rocks towards people and vehicles. This

This was filed on May 13th, 2025 to the Ohio State Auditor and other parties. At this time only the Auditor is still processing. I responded tonight telling them that I expect records to start being sent by the end of July.
